��ý��ygfcmw��(�й�)վ��ֱ�ӽ� is seeking a Training Specialist to support the implementation of glucose and ketone meter solutions across healthcare settings in the Greater Glasgow and Clyde region. This field-based role focuses on delivering high-quality operator training, supporting clinical teams during implementation, and ensuring a seamless user experience. The position requires close collaboration with clinical stakeholders, point-of-care testing (POCT) teams, and project personnel to deliver effective training programs that align with governance, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Deliver face-to-face and remote operator training across multiple sites.
Support implementation and rollout activities for diagnostic systems.
Provide ongoing guidance and troubleshooting for clinical users post-go-live.
Coordinate training schedules and maintain accurate records.
Conduct competency assessments and facilitate user sign-off processes.
Build strong relationships with ward teams, POCT teams, and stakeholders.
Ensure training activities comply with governance and safety standards.
Support change management and user adoption in diverse clinical environments.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Experience delivering healthcare or diagnostic training.
Proven track record in implementation or rollout within healthcare settings.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Proficiency with digital training tools and systems.
Full UK driving license.
Must live in or near Glasgow.

Desirable:

Experience in Point of Care Testing (POCT).
Familiarity with Diagnostics solutions.
Background in NHS hospital or community healthcare settings.
Nursing, biomedical science, or healthcare training experience.
